Memory without exposure.

Privacy isn't a compliance page here — it's the reason the mentoring works. You can only be honest somewhere that feels safe enough for it.

The short version

  • Your sessions are private to your account. Other users cannot access them.
  • We do not sell conversation data.
  • The mentor keeps a small, structured memory so your sessions connect. You can read it, remove individual items, or wipe it entirely.
  • Service providers we need to run the product (hosting, database, speech and language models) process your data securely on our behalf.

What we store

  • Your account details and your challenge preference.
  • Session records: when a session ran, how long it lasted, and your clarity scores.
  • Your Reset: the structured outcome of each conversation.
  • Mentor memory: short structured notes needed for continuity.
  • A working transcript, kept separately and only for as long as needed to produce your Reset and support you if something goes wrong.

What we try not to store

  • Raw audio is not retained after it has been processed.
  • We store what the mentor needs, not everything you say.

Three purposes

  • Providing the service — running sessions, producing your Reset, remembering relevant context, holding you accountable.
  • Personalising your mentor — the structured memory that makes tomorrow more useful than today.
  • Improving Take 7 — optional. You choose in Settings, and declining changes nothing about your mentoring.

Your controls

  • See and edit what the mentor remembers about you.
  • Reset the mentor's memory.
  • Change your product-improvement choice at any time.
  • Delete your data and your account.

What this is not

  • Take 7 is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service. It does not diagnose. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
